Norman founded N.D. Pitman & Company, Inc. in 1999 and led the firm until its acquisition by Leavell in 2025. His career spans more than 40 years in investment and trust management. A graduate of Marion Military Institute, Virginia Military Institute, and the University of Mississippi School of Law, Norman holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Mobile Estate Planning Council. Deeply committed to civic engagement, Norman has been active in the Mobile community for many years and currently serves on numerous boards and foundations throughout the region.
